Mia ,birth name : Hmue Thet Paing Thin, is Burmese and began her journey with a bachelor's in Korean from Yangon University of Foreign Languages(YUFL), working as an interpreter and marketing assistant at CJ Foods Myanmar—a major Korean firm—where her passion for marketing first sparked. To deepen her business knowledge, she completed a business management diploma at ICM in Yangon, then pursued a master's in Business Administration with a marketing specialization at Ewha Womans University in South Korea.

At Ewha, Mia focused her master's research on social media marketing strategy, studying how relational benefits influence customer's continued engagement in mobile commerce. Her thesis titled "The Study on the Effect of Relational Benefits on Relational Continuance Intention in M-Commerce SNS Environment: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Multidimensional Relationship Commitment" reflects this detailed strategy expertise.
